1.SweetBridalShop.com accept return request with quality issues, like defective or wrong size, and wrong color. Please contact SweetBridalShop.com within 3 days after you receive your dresses. Return items must be completed, unused, unwashed with original tags and package.
2.SweetBridalShop.com COULD accept return request if issues caused by customers themselves, for example, choosing wrong color, wrong size or wrong style (don't love the style after tried), but customers need pay the shipping fee to send the dress back, plus a restocking fee (25% of the order amount), because the all the dress are made to order and couldn't be re-used.
3. All products should be in original condition, we can't accept that it has been washed, used, altered.

When you want to cancel your order, please check if it has been shipped. And if your order date has been past 2 days, please contact us. Because we should have processed your order to our tailoring team. Usually we don't accept cancellation request after 2 days. So please contact us to confirm the order process.
